Returns for Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to make it right.
To request a return or replacement:
Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include a few clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Email us at Gosp.Co@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll gladly send you a replacement or issue a full refund—whichever works best for you.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
Because each item is custom made when you place your order, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:
Ordering the wrong size or color
Changing your mind after placing the order
General wear and tear over time
Shipping & Delivery
If your order is delayed or goes missing in transit, please let us know! While we can’t control carrier delays, we’ll do everything we can to help you track it down or find a solution.
